What Bench is
Haldara Bench is the label Haldara uses for developer tools, and for research we intend to do in the quantum field. It is a label of Haldara LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, not a separate company.
How it is organised
- Tools are things developers can use. qlane is the first, and it is in design. Each tool has its own page and its own docs under /tools/.
- Lattice is the research side: post-quantum cryptography, quantum software tooling, and quantum networking and computing. It is a stated intent today. See Lattice.
- Docs (this section) hold what applies to all of Bench, and point to each tool's own docs.
Stage words
We use the same words everywhere so you can tell what you are reading.

| In design | Specs and sketches exist. There is no working code. |
| Design sketch | Example code that shows the planned interface. Not working code, and names are proposals. |
How we write
- We say what a tool does, and what it does not do.
- We name the standard or method we mean.
- We say "implements" only for what is implemented.
- We do not claim certification or compliance we do not hold.
